WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA

The Data Controller is the sole proprietorship Holiday House Cagliari di Mario Bandel, represented by its owner.

The Data Controller is responsible for processing personal data for commercial, administrative and fiscal purposes, as further specified in the following sections.

WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

In the event of a booking at our properties, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. to comply with current administrative, accounting and tax obligations;
  2. to comply with the obligation set out in articolo 109 del R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773, which requires us to register and communicate guest details to the Questura;
  3. to fulfil public interest requirements of the Regione Autonoma della Sardegna provided by L.R. 16/2017 and L.R. 23/2018;
  4. to comply with ISTAT surveys on “Capacità degli esercizi ricettivi” (cod. IST-00138) and “Movimento dei clienti negli esercizi ricettivi” (cod. IST-00139), according to art. 7 del D.lgs. n. 322/1989 and the D.P.R. approving the Programma Statistico Nazionale;
  5. to speed up registration procedures in case of future stays at our facilities;
  6. to send you promotional messages and updates on rates and offers.

We inform you that providing data for purposes 1, 2, 3 and 4 is mandatory, and failure to provide such data will prevent us from hosting you.
 For purposes 5 and 6, your consent is required and may be withdrawn at any time by objecting to the processing.

DATA RECIPIENTS

For the purposes listed above, your data may be made accessible to:

  • employees and/or collaborators of the Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, in their capacity as authorized data processors and/or system administrators;
  • third parties entrusted with providing services on behalf of the Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, acting as Data Processors. The appointed Data Processor is GRUPPO INFORMATICA E SERVIZI G.I.E.S. S.r.l., Via Enrico Notaio n. 23, 47892 Acquaviva (San Marino);
  • supervisory authorities, law enforcement agencies, judicial authorities or other public bodies, where required by law.

WHICH DATA WE PROCESS

Holiday House Cagliari processes the following personal data:

  • personal data and contact details (phone number, email);
  • identity document details;
  • codice fiscale (for Italian residents only);
  • check-in and check-out dates.

HOW YOU CAN EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • obtain confirmation of whether or not your personal data exist;
  • obtain information about the origin, categories, processing logic, purposes and methods;
  • obtain identification details of the Data Controller and Data Processors;
  • know the recipients or categories of recipients of your data;
  • know the data retention period or criteria used to determine it;
  • obtain rectification or updating of inaccurate data;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • obtain deletion, anonymization or restriction of processing;
  • object to processing for legitimate reasons;
  • receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability);
  • lodge a complaint with the Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR DATA AND HOW LONG WE STORE THEM

Your personal data are processed electronically using appropriate security measures to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorized access.
 No data are transferred outside the European Union.

Data collected through SIRED vers. ROSS1000 are stored for 5 years for regional purposes.
 Data communicated to the Questura via the Alloggiati Web portal are stored for 5 years.
 Data stored by Holiday House Cagliari are deleted 24 months after the end of the stay.
