Hello! I’m Mario Bandel, your host.

I’ve been working in hospitality since 2019: it all started by chance, renting out my first apartment for short stays… and from there a true passion was born. Over time, this world won me over so much that it became my main profession.

So, in 2023, after more than twenty years as a Human Resources manager, I decided to change my life and start my own business to fully dedicate myself to the holiday rental industry.

Today I carefully manage not only three of my own apartments in Cagliari, but also several other properties in different locations on behalf of their owners. In fact, since 2025 I have added property management services to my activity as a host.

In this second aspect of my work, I offer property owners my many years of experience in managing holiday homes for those who do not want or are not able to take care of them directly. Depending on the owners’ needs, I can handle one or more of the typical aspects of this activity, such as:

A personal and transparent relationship with both guests and owners, a constant willingness to listen and help, and great attention to everything that makes a stay special: personally welcoming guests with a smile, sharing tips and local insights about Cagliari and Sardinia, and making sure every property is impeccable before arrival, taking care of those small details that truly make people feel at home.
